These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the BBQ999 platform, accessible at bbq999.cam, operated by BBQ999 under international licensing ("BBQ999", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the website, registering an account, depositing funds or placing any wager, you ("User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users regardless of their country of access. Users accessing BBQ999 from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling is subject to restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and potentially other applicable laws. BBQ999 does not hold or claim any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. Access from Pakistan is entirely at the user's own legal risk and discretion, and nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the BBQ999 platform and close any account you have registered.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:
To be eligible to register an account and use the BBQ999 platform, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age stipulated by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. BBQ999 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Evidence of age may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance pending investigation.
You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk. BBQ999 expressly disclaims any responsibility for legal consequences arising from access in Restricted Jurisdictions. Pakistani users are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the legality of their participation under applicable Pakistani law.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapable or who are subject to court orders restricting their legal rights are not eligible to register or maintain an account.
You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether issued by BBQ999 or any other gambling operator or regulatory programme. Persons who have self-excluded from gambling must not attempt to open new accounts.
Each user may register only one account. Providing accurate, complete and current information during registration is mandatory. BBQ999 may, at its sole discretion, reject any registration application without providing a reason.
You are required to maintain the accuracy of all registration information throughout your use of the Platform. If any information changes — including your name, address, contact email or payment method details — you must update your account profile or notify support promptly. BBQ999 is not liable for delays, losses or account issues arising from inaccurate or outdated registration data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. BBQ999 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify BBQ999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. BBQ999 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to maintain account security.
BBQ999 operates KYC verification procedures in compliance with the operator's licensing obligations. Verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any point at BBQ999's discretion. Commonly requested documents include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport), proof of address where required, and a selfie or liveness check. Documents must never be altered, obscured or falsified. All document uploads must be completed through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification interface only.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the BBQ999 account. BBQ999 accepts deposits via various payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Minimum deposit amounts, processing times and any applicable fees are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are denominated and settled as specified by the operator; Pakistani users should note that amounts may be referenced in PKR for informational purposes.
References to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, the Raast instant payment system, and commercial banks such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual information only. BBQ999 does not represent that these providers support or endorse gambling transactions. Users must review applicable payment provider terms before initiating any transfer.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever operationally possible. Withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. BBQ999 reserves the right to conduct AML checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and are provided as operator targets, not guarantees. Withdrawal requests that trigger AML review may be subject to additional delays pending completion of that review.
Account balances are maintained in the currency specified at registration. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by the operator at the time of transaction. BBQ999 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of any balance or transaction.
Deposits from, or withdrawals to, third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from third-party sources may be confiscated and the account suspended pending investigation. This restriction exists to protect users from fraud and to ensure compliance with AML obligations.
All promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards offered by BBQ999 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, minimum odds restrictions and validity periods are published with each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
BBQ999 monitors account activity for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing wagers on excluded game types; and any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine play. BBQ999 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold withdrawals and close accounts where abuse is identified.
BBQ999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally practicable. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered, unless required by regulatory obligation.
All sports bets are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published on the Platform. BBQ999 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel markets in circumstances including but not limited to: clear pricing errors; evidence of match manipulation or corruption; technical failures affecting market data; or where required by licensing obligations. Cricket markets, including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral Test and T20I series, are subject to sport-specific rules governing no-balls, rain interruptions, abandoned matches and result revisions.
All casino games, including live dealer tables, operate according to the rules displayed within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are provided by the game provider and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guarantees of individual session outcomes. Game malfunctions void all pays and plays for the affected round.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wager types and are displayed at the point of bet placement. BBQ999 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any account at its sole discretion, including without notice, where unusual betting patterns are identified.
In the event of manifest pricing errors, incorrect odds, system errors or erroneous payments, BBQ999 reserves the right to correct the error and void or recalculate affected bets. Users who knowingly exploit pricing errors are in breach of these Terms and may have their account suspended.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the BBQ999 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where required:
All content on the BBQ999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, software, page layouts, data compilations and the overall "look and feel" — is the property of BBQ999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing or distributing any Platform content; creating derivative works; or using any BBQ999 trademarks without express prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to BBQ999 through any channel may be used by BBQ999 without any obligation of confidentiality, attribution or compensation to the submitting user.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BBQ999 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, BBQ999's total aggregate liability to any user for any cause of action shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting BBQ999 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be addressed in accordance with applicable promotional terms. Any verified real-money balance remaining after resolution of active bets will be returned to the user's registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC and AML checks.
BBQ999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms; the user's activity triggers AML or fraud prevention controls; the user provides false identity or verification information; or BBQ999 is legally required to do so by a competent authority.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, balances will be held until the investigation is concluded. Where an account is closed due to confirmed Terms violations, BBQ999 may forfeit any outstanding balance attributable to bonus funds or fraudulent activity. Verified real-money deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned in accordance with applicable procedures.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BBQ999's operator holds its licence, to the exclusion of any conflict-of-laws rules that would apply a different legal system.
In the event of a dispute between a user and BBQ999, users are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to seek resolution. BBQ999 is committed to addressing genuine complaints promptly and fairly. Where internal resolution is not possible, the operator's licensing jurisdiction may provide access to an independent dispute resolution service.
Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that users may have under the laws of their own jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.
BBQ999 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, BBQ999 will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or registered email address. However, users are responsible for reviewing this page regularly.
Continued use of the BBQ999 Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and close your account prior to the effective date of the change.
